About Us
Welcome to Lakshmi’s Garden, an Ayurvedic center nestled in the heart of the beautiful Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts.
We focus on bringing individuals into balance with their true nature by using Ayurvedic philosophy, incorporating treatments, herbs, diet, and yoga. According to Ayurveda, lifestyle choices, outside influences, relationships, and habits that are incompatible with one’s nature, takes them out of their natural constitution, leaving one imbalanced.

The Ayurvedic Definition of Health
Ayurveda defines health as “One who is established in Self, has balanced dosas (constitution), balanced agni (fire), properly formed dhatus (tissues), proper elimination of malas (wastes), well-functioning bodily processes, and whose mind, soul, and senses are full of bliss”. This is an ever-evolving process that requires a daily commitment, and it begins by living in harmony with nature.
